Ghana has produced billionaires, global CEOs and world-class athletes from communities with no running water. The excuse that your environment determines your outcome has already been disproven by people who came from your same street.

@oboy_nico @johndumelo @wode_maya @SIKAOFFICIAL1 Appreciate that for real 🤝🏾
We’re building a strong ecosystem around this not just a farm.
Hit my DM when you’re ready, let’s plug you in the right way.

I’m not chasing size. I’m building a system that can handle size.
Long-term: Production → Storage → Processing
Control more of the value chain.
Increase margins. This is how I think about scaling agriculture in Ghana. If you’re building, investing, or interested in this space
let’s connect 🌱

I wouldn’t rush into more land immediately.
Scaling blindly is how most farmers lose money. First, I fix what already exists.
Here’s how I would allocate it:
– 40% → Production (inputs, labor, land prep)
– 25% → Expansion (increase acreage strategically)
– 20% → Post-harvest (storage, handling)
– 15% → Contingency (unexpected risks)

@kegamor 100%. Control doesn’t come from production alone
it comes from what you do after harvest.

@TheAgroCEO This right here. 👌🏾
Value addition and postharvest practices increase control.

@GreenFutureJT @johndumelo @wode_maya @SIKAOFFICIAL1 Agreed 💯
But even irrigation isn’t small money
2 boreholes + rain guns can wipe out the entire GHS 100k.
That’s why it’s not just about investing,
it’s about allocating capital smartly across production + storage.
That’s where the real edge is.

@TheAgroCEO @johndumelo @wode_maya @SIKAOFFICIAL1 Strong harvest. With GHS 100,000 I would invest in small irrigation and proper storage. Protecting the harvest is just as important as growing it. Productivity rises fast when post harvest losses are reduced.
