Which therapist in Bangalore (or outside it) do you strongly recommend? I know several people who are looking for one but haven’t found a good one.

As a mental health organization, we are aware of this legacy but also know that the same can be used to heal. So when you come into therapy, do you come to be productive or to heal?

May 1st is celebrated as Labour Day. Psychology and tools created by psychologists are often used as ways to make people more productive i.e. fit into the capitalist agenda of making the rich richer.

Therapy is awesome but expensive. I’ve had a good thing going with my therapist in Mumbai but she charges like 4.5k a session. Can’t recommend that to friends 😅 anyone got any leads for better priced therapists in mumbai?
