@kfc your employee refused to serve us we came to kfc promptly at 9:50was waiting 4 the better part of 7 mins. pull up to the window & guy was drinking soda & on his phone. Got to the window he said it was closed early.... Extremely disrespectful he was. I have the tape.

@Grubhub_Care I spent 22 bucks on a meal. You gave me 25 bucks in discount, which took 3hrs! But in order for me to spend set discount I need to match that amount. When the food I got was not that. So now I have to spend that, plus tax. Which is more for you. Explain
