@Ford After over of month of my 2019 F250 being in the shop, the local Ford Dealership tells me they can’t figure out what is wrong with my truck. That I need to find a different Ford Dealership and see if they can figure it out! What happened to Ford Quality and Ford Tough???

@FedEx To the customer service rep who just called me. I’m not making anything up, your own tracking information says DEPARTED, that means left! No tracking update since then 3 days ago!! So please don’t tell me I don’t understand what’s going on.

It’s absolutely amazing that @USAA charges it customers a 3 dollar surcharge for paying their Insurance Bill on their own vice if they signing up for automatic pay! They actually penalize their customers for not using autopay. Insane!
Not the same company it once was!!
