Absolutely horrible experience and customer service from @StubHub tonight. Sold my 2 season tickets this morning to buy 3 and take both my boys… Well Stubhub never sent our tickets. I called multiple times before we made the trek to Salt Lake and they assured me we would be fine and get us replacement tickets if needed. Well we weren’t fine, they never came and the customer service line just gave me a refund and no replacements!
