@CubsStan35217 @pitchprofiler A 2 game sample size with no runs isn't really that promising, he's shown reasons to be concerned across 3 starts. I'm not saying he's bad, but it'd be wrong to say he's been good

Man, the Cubs blew that one BAD. Could've been a real momentum shifter, for us at least. Instead an errant throw and about 15 missed opportunities later and the Cubs lose. That's brutal.

Christian Yelich has played in 538 more MLB Games than Willson Contreras. He's has 2,412 more at bats. He's been hit 80 less times than Contreras. Why? Because he is an MVP caliber player that doesn't need to stand over the plate to get on base. He certainly doesn't whine and bitch when he does get hit, nor does he try to injure other players by spiking them on slides. Christian Yelich is a baseball player, a leader, a man. Willson Contreras is everything Christian Yelich isn't.

I'll be the optimist for Cubs fans I never thought Horton was going to be a top 10 NL pitcher this year. Last year this team lost Steele and won 90+ games, this year they have depth and a returning Steele. No one player ruins a teams odds

I had this team at 88 wins this year, and I still think it’s VERY possible To anyone who had the Cubs at 90-95 wins, can I know why?
