@jaegermedia1 Just embrace the needle and be done. Anything in the range of modern “averages” is not at all optimized. 750 is the least I’d consider acceptable in most people, and most lean active men feel much better in the 4 digits.

What’s the best natural testosterone booster on the market? I don’t want to get on TRT. My test levels are slightly above average, but my free testosterone is slightly below average so ideally I’m looking for something that frees up more testosterone.

@bowtiedmeathead I’d start with a full blood panel. If test looks anything less than about 750, I’d start on 150-200/wk with hcg and lifting. Pinelon and epitalon for sleep. Selank possible with a daily subq for a couple of weeks and then nasal spray prn (or just try that to start).

Had someone recently reach out to me who is on TRT looking for help… “I’m a marine corps veteran and have PTSD, I’ve struggled with it for years. I do get treatment, etc. but, I’ve started to do some research on peptides, or other forms of therapy that may help with my overall anxiety/ptsd. The VA has literally tried doping me up with everything in the book, and nothing helps.” Any suggestions or recommendations, please post below. Let’s try to help our guy out on Memorial Day 🇺🇸

@BowTiedHRT @PeptidePharaoh I’ve done 500mcg to 2mg. Felt flushed with anything over 1mg for a brief time. Effects take 2-4h for me. I prefer 500mcg-1mg of mt2. No nausea for me. Wife has pretty vicious nausea with >100mcg of mt2 and has accordingly thus far declined any pt141

Low. 100-200mcg. And it may kick in early but it may take hours. The effects seem to last the better part of 24 to 36 hours but it doesn’t make you horny, it doesn’t raise libido, but it does make you have, for lack of a better way to put it, an itch that wants to be scratched so that leads to good things.

I'm mid 30s and 1 year ago my total T was 243 and free T was 4.3. I started TRT on 6/13/2025 and later added Proviron, low dose HGH and a short cycle of Anavar. Nothing remotely crazy but certainly in the realm of PEDs. My health has improved significantly, I wrote a post about it a while back. But beyond that, I am now a significantly better Husband, father, friend, etc. I have become slightly more disagreeable at work, but my performance has improved significantly. Finished #1 of over 30 sales leaders at my organization and recently secured a 30% pay raise and promotion. I will take every advantage I can get in this world.
SilverFoxLeo@BowTiedHRT

PEDs aren’t just for bodybuilders and professional athletes. @enhanced_games is planning to showcase the performance enhancement value of these compounds in an Olympic style setting. But it won’t be long before the tide turns and it’s realized that PEDs aren’t just for bodybuilders and professional athletes. They’re useful and can be used safely by responsible adults who want to perform better in their own life. With very few exceptions, anabolic compounds weren’t developed for bodybuilding, or weightlifting, or sprinting, or any sport at all. Testosterone, nandrolone, oxandrolone, stanozolol, the whole AAS catalog, were synthesized for medical reasons. Muscle wasting, burn recovery, osteoporosis, hypogonadism, anemia, post-surgical recovery in frail patients, legitimate medical needs. Dianabol and Oral Turinabol are the famous outliers and were developed to give Cold War athletes a competitive edge, but that’s a short list. The rest of the catalog was found and their worth as performance enhancing compounds by athletes later, and the culture decided that’s where they all belonged. The gatekeeping around PEDs is pedantic and short sighted. These are performance enhancing compounds, and performance is not the exclusive property of someone standing on a stage in posing trunks or running a 100m heat. A 45 year old man who wants to recover from his workouts, sleep better, and still feel like himself at 70 is also a performer. So is the woman who was put on hormonal birth control and an SSRI in her twenties without real informed consent, whose HPOA is now trashed, who’s drifting into early menopause with her libido in the gutter and no energy left for herself or her family. She also shouldn’t be cut off from testosterone, supplemental estrogen, progesterone, or anything else that helps her feel, look, and perform like herself again. The data is out there and the anecdote is extensive. Used in a reasonable manner, after doing extensive homework or consulting with someone who actually knows what they’re doing, these compounds can be used safely by almost anyone who wants a real edge in their own life.

If you go on a weight loss drug such as a GLP-1 or similar just to shed a few pounds, you will likely become psychologically dependent upon these drugs for life. If you stop and regain the weight, which almost all do, you will find it extremely difficult to lose the weight again without the drugs. You then will be forever dependent on these drugs, something you may not have considered, The folks that “hop on a cycle of Reta” to get lean for the summer are going to be stuck on these drugs for life, or at least the vast majority will. Just watch it play out!

Never mind about the Rolex… had no idea buying one was like buying a Ferrari, where you have to beg, jump though hoops and then buy products you don’t want to get the one you do want! 😂 thought it would be fun to own, but would much prefer to just order something on a website (like a Tesla!) and be done with it. These retail and reseller channels make things far too time consuming Is there a nice watch I can just… order?
@jason@Jason

I would like to purchase this @ROLEX

@a7las1984 I lost 105. There’s definitely some and it hasn’t tightened. Women don’t seem to mind or I’d probably consider having it snipped. My daughter said “daddy do you know what a 6-pack is? Well you have a 4 pack…” lol

Dudes who have lost 50+ lbs I feel like I am getting some loose skin on my lower abs. Only really feel it if I'm sitting down or specifically grabbing my skin for a Subq injection. I look at guys that have lost a similar or more weight and don't notice any loose skin. How long did it take for you to feel like it tightened up? Again, I only notice it when I'm sitting really. And visibly when I'm standing it isn't there.

@brotherdarul @KenLaCorte I don’t disagree with anything you said. But there’s a great misunderstanding (that is usually improperly tied to race) about why geographic areas (particularly the south) flipped from democrat to republican

@TheCurmudgeon_ @KenLaCorte The video was fairly balanced, aside from glossing some of the complexities of racial politics, and "community organizing." Less dense population tends to deal with people individually, and urban living deals with people as competing interest groups?

I told a guy at a barbecue last weekend that I had been buying busted small-cap software stocks at 4x free cash flow, and he looked at me with the specific facial expression of a man who has just realized he is trapped in a conversation with someone who voluntarily reads 10-Ks on vacation. He asked, with great gentleness, if I had considered Nvidia. I said I had considered Nvidia in the way one considers jumping off a bridge: briefly, theoretically, and with a clear understanding of the outcome. I told him I owned a company that sells dental practice management software to 11,000 orthodontists and that the CEO, a 64-year-old man named Greg who has not updated his LinkedIn since 2017, was, in my professional opinion, the single greatest capital allocator alive in North America today, and that I would, if legally permitted, have Greg’s name tattooed on my forearm. He asked if Greg knew this. I said Greg did not know I existed, and that this was the foundation of our relationship and the source of its strength. He excused himself to go check on his children, who, I observed, were not present at the barbecue. I stood by the grill alone for the next 40 minutes, eating directly from a bag of buns, thinking about Greg, who at that exact moment was, somewhere in suburban Indianapolis, almost certainly buying back stock at prices that will, in 2031, be regarded as the single greatest gift any small-cap CEO has ever given his shareholders, and the host’s wife came over and asked, with palpable concern, if I needed a ride home, and I said no, I needed nothing, I had Greg, and Greg was enough, and I have not been invited back to that house, and I do not care, because Greg loves me even though Greg does not know I am alive, and the math, as it has always been in every great deep value trade in history, is the only thing in this country that has not lied to me.

@9mmsmg Damn that’s a big step up though from the ones you posted (by at least a factor of 2). You could get an RM with that kind of scratch but a Patek is much more of an heirloom than an RM imo. If I were spending that, I’d probably just get something that’s already there like a 6263

Well, this is better than everything I posted below. This is the perfect watch. Rose gold, moon phase complication and classic. Works for casual or formal (rare for me) Might be allowed to purchase a Rolex from an authorized dealer if I wore it to boutique (Probably not. Total heirloom quality but also a way better watch than I should ever own. If I sell a bunch of watches it takes away a lot of the financial burden from it. It'd just be like I was consolidating a collection. It's better to have one perfect watch than sux or seven ones you never wear. If i sell my royal oak offshore because people are going to think it's a swatch, that eats up a significant portion. Its not even spending money. I'm arguing with myself right now.
9mmSMG tweet media
9mmSMG@9mmsmg

After my Richard Mille debacle I posted about, I decided I need my first big boy watch. The closest I come in that category is a Royal Oak offshore. I want a watch I can hand down. These all cost similarly. Which of these do you like the best? 1. Patek 5168G Aquanaut 2. AP royal oak chronograph in white gold. 3. Vacheron Constantin Overseas Tourbillon in stainless steel. 4. Rolex white gold Daytona with a meteorite dial. (Yes, I'm selling a few watches to partially fund this and be responsible)
