My head is still absolutely full to bursting with love and joy from the weekend at @The_SMF_ and @E3DOnline's first ever UK Rep Rap Fest. For me, it felt like years in the making. It feels like just yesterday I knew nobody. The open source 3D printing community took me in.

@RealSexyCyborg @jarede The problem I find is when a restaurant will remove their limited veggie/vegan options and replace them with a vegan fried chicken. Why can't it be an addition, rather than a sacrifice of a more interesting and diverse option?

@jarede Yes you do. That's like saying you don't need to make sandwiches because soups exist. People like eating foods with specific textures and tastes- if they didn't we could all just eat a nutrient-rich chocolate slurry.

I kind of like food-based vegan evangelism. Don't nag or preach, just make me something really good to eat that is better, cheaper, and with a similar macronutrient profile as meat and say nothing more, let that make your argument for you.
