Ease into it, is my best advice. Eliminate sugars and grains to start. Do a low carb/keto way prioritizing protein, the associate fat of said protein (mainly beef with some pork, chicken, and fish mixed in) and non-starchy vegetable like broccoli/cauliflower, a little full fat Greek yogurt, using butter, tallow, good olive oil, and coconut oil, and this is a great start. Maybe this is all it takes or maybe further down the line you do something closer to carnivore, just make the first change and you’ll experience positive results in a short period of time. Don’t forget to eat the fat.
