@FakeRatner @GinaDrosos There's no way tips can be anonymous. I had people report things to TIPS in my store and the DM told me who I needed to talk to before I ever was told there was a TIPS call.

One former DM states about tips: For what it’s worth, as a DM, I’ve only ever seen transcripts of TIPS calls, never audio. To be fair, I’ve never asked for it though. What’s the truth @GinaDrosos ?

@SDgrl10 @FakeRatner @GinaDrosos No that is not true. Calls are taken by an outside company. They make a transcript and forward it to the right person or team for review and investigation. Supervisors including DMs never see notes if they are implicated.

Insight from the team @GinaDrosos From a follower: Are people not aware that TIPS isn’t anonymous? TIPS sends the recordings to the DM’s who can identify who made the complaint by their voice. How is that transparent?
