@gregogallagher A Peat argument would be that higher RHR is a direct result of increased metabolism. Perfectly normal, even desirable.

This what I’ve been saying Tirzep gives u everything u need without jacking up RHR and suppressing HRV Who fkn cares about a small boost in metabolism The real bottle neck is satiety signalling
Michael Morelli@morellifit

I like tirzepatide more than retatrutide. I'll be more certain after another cycle, but retatrutide increases my resting heart rate by 15bpm. That's a tradeoff I'm not willing to make. The goal is longevity, and a chronically elevated RHR isn't optimal.

If you’re on Retatrutide (Reta) and still eating certain foods, you could be making the side effects far worse without even realizing it. Reta already slows digestion significantly. Food stays in your stomach longer, which is part of why appetite drops so hard. But when you combine that with the wrong foods, it’s not just “feeling a little off.” That’s when the nausea, bloating, sulfur burps, reflux, discomfort, and even vomiting start hitting people hard. Here are some of the biggest mistakes people make while on Reta: High-fat greasy foods Fried food, fast food, heavy oils, greasy takeout these slow digestion down even more. On Reta, that combination can feel brutal and is one of the fastest ways to trigger nausea and stomach discomfort. Sugary heavy foods Candies, desserts, sugary drinks, and processed sweets can cause energy spikes, crashes, cravings, and worsen nausea for many users. Your body handles these differently while digestion is slowed. Large meals Even “healthy food” can become a problem if you overeat. Big portions + delayed stomach emptying = bloating, pressure, discomfort, and sometimes throwing up. Alcohol A lot of people notice alcohol hits way harder on Reta. Tolerance can feel completely different, and nausea ramps up fast. Carbonated drinks Sodas and sparkling drinks can build excess gas pressure in a stomach that’s already digesting slowly. That’s why some people experience constant burping or uncomfortable fullness. Ultra-processed foods Chips, packaged snacks, junk food, and heavily processed meals are easy to overeat and low in nutrients. They usually make overall side effects worse and leave people feeling sluggish. Too much fiber overload Fiber is good but overloading it suddenly while on Reta can leave you painfully bloated and uncomfortable. Increasing it gradually works much better. Spicy foods Not everyone needs to avoid spice completely, but if you’re already dealing with reflux, nausea, or stomach sensitivity, spicy meals can push it over the edge quickly. Reta isn’t just about eating less It’s about eating smarter. A lot of people blame the peptide for side effects when in reality, their food choices are making the experience 10x worse. Retamaxxing always 🗿

@timpjohansson I’m really interested in this way of eating but I’m a little spooked about some god awful bloodwork I got back recently. Inflammation, LDL, aPb all through the roof. Conventional wisdom says cut the sugar and jack the fiber in my situation (kills my gut). Any thoughts?

@ScottAppliedSci The point of emphasis is CE’s occur in people who aren’t at risk, so what’s the real cause? Do people use the stat as a scapegoat, yes, but it does highlight the need for more nuance in the conversation around lipids.

So, when someone says this: The correct answer is: “Yes. That is exactly what you would expect when a large population group has lower but still meaningful risk.” It debunks the person making the argument, not LDL. Let's push back on these overconfident, grifting innumerates.

“Half of heart-attack patients have normal cholesterol!” This is a favourite anti-LDL slogan. It sounds devastating. Unless you know basic high school statistics! If someone says it, they just announced they are embarrassingly out of their depth. Here's exactly why 🧵

I suppose this is already fairly well known, but I spoke to an industry source with lots of experience in the area of alt tech who says the David Wilcock death was, for certain, a targeted hit. Basically, they Charlie Kirked David Wilcock, sadly. And that means a very important and super fake psyop narrative is about to be unveiled. And they don't want people who know what's happening to blow the lid on it. So brace yourself.

In January 2020 I told students to prepare for food shortages. The world underwent a beta test named C-19. Since then, farming has been under attack. Real food has been targeted and ultra processed goods are making people sick. Look into food rationing, they are telling you. Look into air traffic cancelations. Look into all the energy refinery "accidents"... in multiple countries in the past month. By the looks of everything, globalists have weight loss goals for you, savings in grocery costs and travel costs. No fertilizer to grow food, no energy to fuel vehicles or airplanes. Savings on so much, like this, feels like winning, huh?

I unfollowed you and stopped watching your content, which early on I really enjoyed, because of your poor attitude. I don’t expect you’ll change at your age, but bro, just chill. You can do what you’re doing without being a nasty miserable person. I have genuine hope for you.

I don't know who you think you are AJ, but you've never had whatever imaginary level of power you think you have over people. You're a schizo boomer who had a mental breakdown because you ran out of content for your living. You had a chance to gain credibility by talking about a real conspiracy and you missed it. You'll never live that down and it'll only get worse every day from here on out. That's the hard truth you don't understand now but you will in the future.

@Bubblebathgirl Classifying half the country as “the enemy” is a bigger problem than Iran will ever be. Likely by design. You’re either a victim of it or intentionally perpetuating it.

Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) voted with Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) to strip President Trump of his war powers today. The resolution was narrowly rejected by the House, 214-213. Massie was confronted about being a traitor and essentially said he’s fine with Iran having nukes because he has TDS. Siding with Democrats in Congress on anything is siding with the enemy. Many of them are the same traitors to America who welcomed an invasion of millions of illegals under Joe Biden. To ever vote with them is to say you hate America. Shame on Massie. He’s a lost cause and needs to be legally replaced in Congress by a real MAGA politician. A lot of current congressional Republicans are in the same boat. (TheCharlesDowns on 𝕏)

We often focus on ‘becoming’ in order to ‘be’, blind to the fact we must ‘be’ in order to ‘become’. In the fleeting moments of understanding this, you feel it in your bones.
