This 20-step system took me from gambling on 0DTE to a 9-month win streak:
Step 1: Stop buying options
Step 2: Start selling them instead
Step 3: Only trade on red days
Step 4: Pick 3-5 core stocks
Step 5: Check IV is above 50%
Step 6: Go 30 days out
Step 7: Sell 5-10% OTM
Step 8: Target 5% return minimum
Step 9: Set 50% profit alert
Step 10: Close app after entry
Step 11: Don't watch the market
Step 12: Wait for alert to hit
Step 13: Close at 50% profit
Step 14: Re-enter next red day
Step 15: Repeat weekly
Step 16: Track every trade
Step 17: Never revenge trade
Step 18: Keep 20% cash always
Step 19: Scale up slowly
Step 20: Stay boring forever
Consistency beats heroics.
Every single time.

@investwithalec @LEAPTRADER_ What size account would be needed to get started?
English

@LEAPTRADER_ best way to grow consistency and safely is selling options, biggest barrier is just account size

A boring option selling portfolio will set you financially FREE.

@jacksettleman Ran track at D1 school. Most practice and weight sessions were 90% in the afternoons.
D2 football. Much more time involved because of the film and meetings aspect. Typically weights/film early AM and practice in the afternoon. Off-season more heavy on getting everything done AM

@TheEthanBennett @ShannonJean I can’t dm you

I had a great call with Tristan yesterday from our Reseller Mastermind.
Tristan shared how he purchased a TRUCKLOAD of new furniture about a month ago.
On that call I learned:
Tristan has sold enough inventory to get his cash back.
Tristan has about 80 pieces left to sell.
And this mind-blowing fact:
Tristan is in HIGH SCHOOL!
Amazing to see what Tristan is learning by researching and pushing himself.
Go man, go!

@TheEthanBennett @ShannonJean Let’s connect I’ll dm you.
English

@DevotedDividend I respect the concept, but in reality you'd need about $10M invested in $SCHD to actually hit direct replacement of a $120k/year salary...
That is not the fund I am pursuing for income.
English

@TS_Secrets @ShannonJean I sell forklifts and equipment for a living, I’d love to help or offer any insight!
English

@ShannonJean Hey Legend, can you get your hands on forklifts at auction?
If so, let’s talk 😎
English

@mindofachaser 🤔 that’s legit. Idk if it directly correlates but I’ll try it. I want to try the other supply business you’ve mentioned but need to find where to start
English

@TheEthanBennett Any old part, especially electronics, that is now obsolete.
A lot of guys just throw shit away thinking it is junk or they don’t want to deal with it or have a way to sell it.
I sell the most random stuff on eBay.
English

If you’re in the trades.
Here’s a quick way for you to make an extra $1-2k+ a month extra on the side, selling parts.
I netted $672.24 today, alone, selling parts. 💸
It’s incredibly simple.
Here are the 5 steps on how I did it:
1. Open an eBay account ($4.95 a month)
2. Rent a storage unit with electricity (~$150 a month)
3. Buy shelves off of Amazon ($350)
4. Buy a Rollo thermal printer ($120)
5. Buy labels, fragile stickers, scale, bubble wrap, boxes, tape, etc. ($350)
$975.00 total.
Congrats.
You’re in business.
“Oh, but I don’t have my own business I still work for somebody”. 🗣️
Great, that’s how I started:
Whenever you do a job, or demo a part, or are on a job site where you know people are throwing things away (which is 99% of job sites).
Tell your supervisor, you’ll take care of throwing them away, or keep them yourself.
💡Better to ask for forgiveness, than permission.
Literally, nobody cares about old parts.
Everyone else is either lazy, or they make enough already that they don’t want to bother with keeping old parts.
*Before you take the part, search online to see if it’s worth anything, ofc.
Put the parts in your truck/van/car.
At the end of each week or each day, take them to your storage unit.
Quickly take pictures, make listings and store them away. Takes 30-45 minutes, max.
💡Find similar parts on eBay, find the lowest priced listing, put free shipping, and make your listing free $1 cheaper.
Don’t worry about things being perfect.
Just make sure you got the right part #, pictures, and condition.
*I take pictures & send them to my VA & he lists the parts for me.
I’ve also been selling on eBay for over a decade so I have it down to a system now.
That’s literally it.
Believe me, people will buy it all.
I sell the most random shit online all the time.
Things I don’t even know what they’re for or what they do.
Easiest money ever.
I’ve been making $1-2k a month on auto-pilot for years now.
🥱💸🔁
P.S. I talk in net income 99% of the time. Net income puts food on my table, not gross.
And sure, $1-2k a month isn’t as flashy as the other $20k a month posts that these dweebs try to sell on social media.
I’m just giving you the real life version of how things work.
If you can’t rationalize trading even 10 hours a month, to make an extra $1-2k+ a month, because you’d rather focus on scaling, delegating, systems, trading, flipping, whatever tf else.
Then you’ll likely never get to $20k, $30k anyway. 🤷🏻♂️
💡A winner will find any way to win, and they aren’t afraid to work hard for it.
Build the mental reps of winning.
Start with the scrappy ways to make money, and you’ll slowly learn, adapt, become more efficient and be grateful for when the ‘easier’ money comes in. 🧠

Buying a truck for the business.
If I title it personally and finance with a personal loan (lower rates), but use it 100% for biz, can I still put it on the business balance sheet?
Or is it smarter to eat the higher rate and go commercial loan + PG to keep things clean?
Am I thinking about this right?
English

No worries. I don't know much more than you! Paid ads. They show up in the user's feed. If the user clicks on the CTA, they are taken to the Messenger app. Then they get a prewritten greeting from me and some buttons like Get Quote. I forgot the other two ATM. I budgeted $10 per day for a week. Based on the results im definitely going to keep going and target other nearby towns. Hope that helps!
English

Facebook is worth a shot gentlemen. I've tried a lot of things and though they all probably have contributed to general awareness, FB is the final conduit for real leads. 4 solid ones since 6pm last night at about $6 per lead. It's what works in my little town - your mileage may vary.
Thank you @BlueCollarInvr, @Well_Done_Adams (he does this for a living), @theownerop.

@StumpGuyTy @EBikeMikeVA Any way them rig it up on the grinder for transport? Thinking of dad (me) loading up the beach cart with everything to make it down the way
English

@EBikeMikeVA The barrier is superior in every way except its weight. Much heavier so harder to get to the backyard
