One thing I’ll never understand is how people can cook in hostel kitchens. Absolutely vile places.

@nomadandinlove Do you have to fly in two months or only book within 2 months? Could you book and then cancel and get the points back? I know that works for other airlines, but can't specifically say for Singapore Airlines.

Any tips on how to spend 90,000 Singapore Airline miles before they expire in 2 months? Flying is out of the question.

@betweenengland customer service has finally responded to me and perhaps is trying to help me. We'll see what happens. I'm just not one of these people who buys the latest new tech. I use it until I lose it!

@betweenengland That's what I'm worried about. With the recent update I'm wondering if the app still supports my watch. I hate updates. I have been dealing with this with my laptop for the last few years because a lot of downloads and websites don't work on it anymore. 😭

@Garmin How can I get my app to sync? It hasn't worked since 1/26/26. I have contacted support multiple times and have tried all the steps provided.

@betweenengland Mine is an old Garmin watch from like 2015 or 2016, there is no cable or anything! It's just a simple band with the piece in the middle that has batteries at the back and shows the time and steps at the front.

@TheFearlessFor1 You use the charging cable and plug the usb in to the laptop. You have to download a Garmin program and then you can do software updates etc. support.garmin.com/en-GB/?faq=4Pg…

@TheFearlessFor1 Have you tried plugging it into a computer and doing a manual software update? I had to do that with mine recently. I had to download some connect thing to do it.

@Garmin It's not the watch causing the app not to work.

@Garmin Yes, no issues on the watch side. I have had low batteries many times and that isn't the issue this time.
