Transparency like this is rare and it matters. I built my entire fitness journey on self-education from over 20 years. No coaches, no sponsors, just finding people who told the truth. In 2005 fitness industry doesn’t exist in polish internet. That's exactly why I still follow you.

People think tracking your food is to ensure a calorie deficit. Yes, that's part of it, but equally important is to make sure you don't UNDEReat, and your deficit is sustainable. Too big of a deficit = muscle loss, low energy, poor workouts
