Here is the update from @atomberg_tech on this issue - Give 3 year warranty - Issue will arise in fan in 2 years - Keep giving temperory solutions to customer in remaining one year warranty - fan stops working in Exact 3 years - Ask customer to Pay 50% and get new replacement

Worst service experience with Atomberg. You offer a 3 Year warranty, yet my fan didn't even last 2 years. During the warranty period, your technician opened and repaired the same fan 4–5 times, but the issue was never permanently resolved. @atomberg_tech 1/3

I lost two out of 5 @atomberg_tech fans within 3 years. When teh first one failes the support was so pathetic ( and improper repair) I didnt even care to rais eteh second one and went back to regular fan. This is in #Chennai where you would expect proper service and support!!!

@kamehameha719 @atomberg_tech Using Normal Switches, This fan is Alexa Voice Controlled First The problem was rusting and noise and then the pcb also got dead They changed multiple parts but fan still made noise

@TheGadgetMasala @atomberg_tech If I may ask, are you using smart/touch switches to control this fan? We faced the exact same issue, had to use regular switch

@TheGadgetMasala @atomberg_tech These companies know how to assemble products but completely fail in reliability. Cannot produce reliable products because they depend on some manufacturer who in turn depen on China
