Kenyans, let us be TRUTHFUL. I don’t know Oketch Sallah. I’ve never met him or spoken with him. However, I believe the attacks on him are hypocritical, unreasonable and malicious. Here are my thoughts. Raila Amolo Odinga was a powerful, well connected, wealthy and influential politician who had heavily armed and well trained bodyguards and aides 24/7. Unless Raila Amolo Odinga chose to be in the company of someone, there is no way that such a person could have forced himself on Raila. Out of 50 million Kenyans, Raila Amolo Odinga FREELY CHOSE Oketch Sallah to be his aide, confidant and friend. Raila Amolo Odinga VOLUNTARILY gave Oketch Sallah UNFETTERED ACCESS to his most intimate and personal secrets. Raila Amolo Odinga sent Oketch Sallah to many escapades locally and abroad. We have seen images and videos of Oketch Sallah dancing, gallivanting and celebrating with Raila Amolo Odinga, Ida Odinga and other members of Raila’s family. Oketch Sallah accompanied Raila Amolo Odinga to numerous trips abroad, including for treatment during the last months of Raila’s life. There are several other Kenyans like Onyango Ketta who also did that. The question people should be asking are these: [a] Why wasn’t Ida with Raila Amolo Odinga as he lay dying in India? [b] Why didn’t Ida accompany Raila to any of the more than 20 trips he made to South Africa, Dubai, UK, China, Canada, and India for treatment months before his death? [c] Why was Ida attending public functions in Migori and boasting to members of the public about her helicopter and claiming that Raila was well and not ill just three days before Raila died in India? [d] Why didn’t Ida rush to India on the flight Ruto had hired for more than 20 joyriders who went to pick up Raila’s body from India? [e] Raila Amolo Odinga was buried less than 3 months ago, why has Ida rushed into Ruto’s ARMS and EMBRACE before grass has grown on his grave? [f] Why did Ida open a battle front and unleashed her children on her brother in-law and Raila’s elder brother, Oburu Oginga, allegedly because Oburu “had gone to bed with Ruto” only to turn around and do the same? [g] Why didn’t Ida and her children raise the same questions they are raising about the “broadbased” regime which Raila had constructed WITH Ruto on the BLOOD of the Gen-Zs? [h] Why are Ida’s children claiming that Oburu is “too old to lead”, yet Oburu is just 2 years older than how old Raila Amolo Odinga was but they didn’t say Raila was too old to lead? [i] Why haven’t Ida’s children attacked their mother who is 75 years’ old for being too old to be appointed the Permanent Representative to UNEP? After all, Ida is basically Oburu’s age-mate. These and other questions expose the hypocrisy and double standards by many Kenyans who have attacked Oketch Sallah for no justified reasons. If anyone deserves to be attacked for befriending Oketch Sallah, it’s Raila Amolo Odinga. It was Raila Amolo Odinga who created a thriving market for some of the most dubious charlatans for more than 35 years. Let’s speak the TRUTH!

Each rectangle measures 1 m × 0.75 m, [and 3 feet depth], spaced 1 m lengthwise and 0.5 m widthwise. In each rectangle, you will harvest 2 heads of napier grass every 3 months. Each head is sold at KES 200. Therefore, 1-acre can return KES 300,000 in 4 - 6 months. This can go higher during sunny seasons [December to March]. Invest in an effecient drip irrigation system and a well. No unnecesary pesticides, storage losses and labor costs. Maize farming is a useless subsistence venture with a negative return on investment. Luhyas, wake up!
