I swear @ubereats_uk are drunk!? I had a takeaway last night and paid £1.20 for a can of drink with it which I didn't recieve, so I requested a refund and they gave me 40p back... On what planet is that a refund? or did the rest of the money go "missing" like the drink did? 🙄

Ordering food via @Deliveroo was clearly a terrible mistake... Waiting almost 2 hours, then being told any refund if I cancel will be credit is an absolute joke! I've never had such a bad service This'll be my last order on deliveroo, I'd rather pay extra and use @ubereats_uk

@em_doapsi @OVOEnergy The prices are stupid atm, especially for someone on low income. But to send that kinda email to someone who's on their system as a priority customer due to mental health, can't be acceptable I'm looking at leaving, but so far they're the cheapest in my area currently

Don't ask @OVOEnergy staff over the phone about your bill, it's pointless... I phoned them on Friday to try and understand my bill and how much I actually owed, as my account told me two different amounts Once I was told, I paid in full... Then I got this email the next day

It's also taken over 2 years for OVO staff to admit there seems to be a fault with my gas meter, as it doesn't always submit readings I've reported it numerous times and even as a priority customer, got no help at all. They then told me I may owe them more which is my issue? 🤔
