Reform needs better candidate vetting. They are accumulating candidates who seem completely at odds with them ideologically or who are Commonwealth citizens that some of their own MPs think shouldn't even be able to vote.

I just found out that my daughter knows a member of the family of the girl raped by four men in Epsom on Saturday night. I told everyone yesterday it was getting too close to home and now I find this out and reality sets in. I was almost in tears of anger talking to my beautiful daughter but had to hold it down as much as I could. I am ready to fucking blow believe me. 2 years ago I was warning people on here about how migrant men from the local accommodation near Epsom were harassing young girls. Now this. And what do we get from our so called leaders and the Police? FUCKING NOTHING! I am shaking with anger right now😡😡😡😡😡

So the police turn up in riot gear to a peaceful protest in Epsom, following the rape of a young woman outside a church. They never did this for the Clapham looting. Never for the pro-Palestine/IRGC marches where people wear face masks. Two-tier policing once again.

Remember the people who heard the terror in that little girl’s voice, then turned around and said she was a demon child—and that the grown-ass man was the one we should feel sorry for. Yeah, fuck those people.

Covering the Johnny Somali trial from first hearing to sentencing has been an educational and wild experience, big thanks to all the members of the Somali Conviction Team who came through to get jail time to happen. While I’m happy we proved Johnny Somali wrong when he said “I promise you I won’t get one day in jail” - we all feel that 6 months with labor, 20 days additional detention, is too light. At least 2 years, if not the prosecutors recommendation of 3 would be more appropriate. Let’s hope the prosecutor appeals
