When I ask what you feel, it’s to build awareness. So when you go 0-3, it’s not panic, you know what went wrong and how to fix it. That’s the difference. You stay confident because you understand your swing. No guessing.

Leaders focus on results and ignore what’s underneath. Real leadership is taking the time to uncover what’s robbing your people of it and rebuilding it one step at a time.

You’re trying to do everything exactly how it’s said. That’s the issue. Hitting is interpretation. Make it yours. There’s no perfect way if it works. Be an athlete first, then layer in mechanics. If you get too mechanical, you lose it.

Hitting isn’t a written test. You’re not chasing a perfect swing, you’re building one that still works when you miss. If you’re strong, your miss hits should still be hit hard. That’s the goal.
