@iconic @theiconicau Order ID 1033395 Order was placed on 20.8 and delivery was made on 27.8. Used/damaged belt was delivered. Unable to understand that this mistake is intentionally or unintentionally but It is very surprising that brand like Iconic does this type of mistake.

@theiconicau received a mouldy pair of boots in the mail today and a dirty damaged pair over a week ago. On both occasions I needed the boots for events. Appreciate you allow returns but it is so hard to provide what is advertised? Does anyone check the goods before shipping?
