@woolworths I was told Scan & Go was being discontinued at Glenorie Woolies. I don’t think it was advertised and educated to the locals who don’t use tech as much. But it is really helpful for big shops when you don’t have to pack and unpack your trolley all the time. Saves time!

Well done @Absa. My father passed away 2 years ago and you still haven’t transferred the funds to the Estate. Yet you can wish the Estate a Merry Christmas and be proud to share in the story. Shame on you.

@AbsaSouthAfrica So how does a bank delay processing a deceased estate transfer for more than a year? Should be able to litigate this. #CustomerService

Ridiculous service from @RedRoosterAU Parklea. Ordered and Paid for chickens for a work function weeks ago. Today they say they have no order and refuses to make food even though we have proof of order and payment? Not good enough.

Changes to bank payment limits are making banking more difficult rather than protecting us from fraud. Think outside the box w Proof of ID and Security questions to be answered prior to transfer. But make instant transfers possible to give us control over our money. #banking

@Qantas Is your family transfer system down? I’ve been trying to do a transfer over past two days and keep on getting the ‘We’re experiencing some problems’ response? Any idea when this will work again?

@Qantas what is the timeframe for e-ticket to be issued? I’m used to getting it straight after booking and paying. It’s been 2 hours and nothing as come in via email yet?
