There’s a lot of talk about ensuring our spiritual practice is embodied. But I think it’s equally important to ensure our bodily practices are enspirited. So many of our somatic problems are downstream of psycho-spiritual knots. In a psychological level, shame, anxiety and depression ultimately ossify into bodily postures. It’s hard to fix the psychological problem without fixing the somatic symptoms. But it’s also hard to fully heal the bodily manifestations without addressing the psychological underpinnings. On a spiritual level it goes even deeper. When we are clinging deeply to illusory identities, this shows up both psychologically and physically. Both bodily and psychological tensions can be manifestations of that deeper spiritual clinging tendency. Likewise, both depression and the physical shrinking away from the world that accompanies it can often find roots in spiritual alienation. Often it comes from a deep spiritual distrust of existence. We think who we fundamentally are is insufficient. We lose access to the experience of unconditional love that is our birthright. So we relate to the world from a stance of grasping and pushing away to try and make ourselves whole. Coming into right relationship to ourselves and the world at a fundamental level will often cause many (not all) psychological and physical problems to naturally fall away. In the end, our spiritual stance forms the roots from which our psychological and physical stances grow. And if the roots are out of alignment, so too will be whatever springs from them.

This tweet sparked the evolutionary Spidey sense in all of us to start building everything we have developed. Today its 2 years since we started something not because it was profitable, we consciously understood it was and is a necessity. We just didn't give up. Building with purpose and attempting innovation is never a path of ease. Long story short... we just kept building... and our latest fruits are about to be on the hands of you all. This week will be the testament to our effort in a form of flagship solution, Adding the second leg Solana needs. Monopoly doesn't work, Hidden monopoly either. It's ok to iterate when you are not good enough, its ok to be criticized because you are not good enough, it's ok that not everyone will support you or even agree such efforts should be driven. After our kick start many other players came into the scene and more will come. They will frame themselves as competitors, alternative, or in some cases a biproduct of our wisdom and philosophy. My words to them are, there is room for inspiration in every direction, harness it, do it with grace and respect and thriving will be an option for you. 2nd year of SPDR/Carbium is here. We have built solutions that are available for free, solutions for more demanding needs which have a cost, but mostly we are raising the flag of our ship and setting sail. We are a small Team, we are not perfect, but something for sure, instead of a gamble into the threads of insiders or extraction of value schemes, We choose using effort, wisdom and common sense to succeed. Myself personally and many of our Team have been with you all since day 0 and will be for decades to come.
