It always honestly pains me to see people sort of “wake up” to the reality that I—and so many men—face in this space I don’t like this reality. I don’t take any joy in talking about it But when a guy talks about male problems (especially in the VTuber world), he instantly gets called every name in the book, written off, and emasculated A male VTuber shares his actual experiences? It gets summed up as “he’s just a baby who can’t handle hard work.” If he weren’t such a child, or complaining all the time, maybe he’d actually make something of himself—despite often being better creators than the majority and just speaking up for those who need a voice The simple fact is this, This space—and western society as a whole—has spent decades building a culture that genuinely hates men. It’s disgusted by us, dehumanizes us, normalizes abusing and using us, and even normalizes sexually targeting vulnerable teenagers and men during a mental health crisis We’re in a culture that wants, requires, and manufactures the male mental health crisis we’re seeing right now, because it makes other people’s lives easier—primarily women. It goes so far as to target young teens, “inspire” girls to sell their bodies as soon as they’re of age, then abuse and beat men into accepting it as “normal”—all while making them feel ashamed for wanting a partner who’s innocent, adventurous, and saved herself for the person she loves. It’s normal to be promiscuous and sell your body to this culture How can anyone expect that same culture to treat the idea that “men are wonderful and deserve basic human decency” with anything but contempt? Men are put under an unbelievably cruel and disgusting microscope and get punished for virtually nothing, while women can do SIGNIFICANTLY worse and still get cheered and celebrated by the exact same people A lot of these people are just… nuts. They see men as cockroaches under their shoes and won’t even listen when a guy tries to explain what it’s all actually like The people who unfollowed Moomi(and so many others) over something as basic as supporting men’s mental health? They’re worth less than garbage in a ditch as they are, to be completely honest. They’re raging misandrists that don’t even bat an eye at a man blowing his brains out with a shotgun Men are killing themselves in droves. We’re neglected and abused our whole lives, expected to die when required—and now we’re even expected to die for people who aren’t worth dying for. It’s not optional; it’s a command: “You provide, and die because you’re a man, and we don’t give a shit about you. Stop being a fucking child and provide or die for us, you degenerate incel. You should be ashamed for even questioning us.” That’s the reality so many men feel There’s no morals, no integrity, no respect, no love left. Society is corrupt and perverted. It takes everything for granted and squeezes the men who built the safety, homes, and comfort everyone relies on—then discards them when there’s nothing left to take Men and boys are just sponges… squeeze out as much money, attention, and labor as possible, then throw them away Let’s keep ignoring the statistics screaming that men are in absolute crisis and just keep abusing them for utterly self-serving, narcissistic, soulless disgusting reasons The unfortunate reality is that a huge chunk of people fucking hate men—and it’s so normalized and ingrained, people are so indoctrinated, egocentric and selfish they don’t even realize it
