Working with several patients with COVID this week. Overheard a patient (from their ICU bed) share this with a family member by phone: “Don’t take any chances. Wear a mask. Don’t associate with anyone you don’t need to.” I have nothing to add.

It's crazy with the precedent the service industry is setting that @EmbassySuites and @HiltonHotels are flat out refusing to reimburse a reservation. After four hours on the phone, I have never experienced a company that could care less about customers
