Nobody is buying seats. Massie refuses to listen to his constituents, so did Crenshaw, and Cornyn, and the Indiana state reps. When you don’t listen to your constituents and score podcast points instead, you’re probably going to lose.

Not because of affordability, but because of the public and higher Ed system. Shaking hands with socialists and aligning with them on any vote is a no go IMO

It's no secret that I think Thomas Massie is a disaster for the USA. The challenge I have in communicating this to his supporters is that Massie's stated IDEALS are textbook conservative, but it's his STYLE that makes him a disaster. Hopefully my article below explains this in a manner even his most ardent supporters can understand, and without libelously accusing me of being paid $7,000 by Israel to write this. Please enjoy.

Bill Cassidy deserved to lose. Privately, Cassidy knows the dangerous threat Trump is, but he could never say it publicly. So he tried to have it both ways with Trump. To appease Trump, he abandoned his oath as a physician and voted to approve RFK Jr.. But you can’t have it both ways with Trump. You either full on oppose him or full on adore him. Cassidy never had the courage to full on oppose Trump. Cassidy is a coward. He deserved to lose.

He’s right. The Republican Party isn’t a party of ideas. Or policy. It doesn’t stand for anything. It’s just a bunch of people being blindly loyal to corrupt madman who controls the primary voting base, but is unpopular with the rest of the country.

For instance, the border wall is a moderate position. Other stances he has may have helped protect the constitution, but not the country...

Whenever people ask why the wall wasn't finished first term, I remember Thomas Massie voted 3 times with Democrats to block border emergency powers and stop President Trump from funding the wall. Massie has continued to vote this way since, especially against ICE & CBP.

As @RepThomasMassie’s Legislative Director, I’m often never more than 10 ft away from him when he’s conducting official business in Congress. I’m with him in hearings, markups, meetings, walking the halls etc. Very often, Republicans will approach him in a whisper and say something along the lines of - “I’m routing for you” “what they’re doing to you is disgusting” “I support you on this privately, but you know why I can’t back it publicly” Or the worst one: “sorry I posted those hits against you. I had to for the endorsement. You understand, right?” Well these guys: @RepBoebert @RepSpartz and @Rep_Davidson didn’t whisper. They stand for what they believe in. Whether you agree with them or not - they are honest and are willing to do the hard thing when they know this risk is high. THIS is who you want as your elected officials.
