2 weeks ago today my best freind of over 2 decades took his own life aged just 40 years old and leaving behind his partner and 9 year old son. 4 in every 5 suicides are men... If it were women, there would be an national outrage!!! When are we going to talk about this???

Make an attempt to starve migrant businesses of your custom. Boycott companies such as Just Eat, Uber Eats and Deliveroo etc, if you haven't already. Focus on native British businesses and services wherever possible, make an effort to check out what's available in your local area. Start the hostile environment now, it is the bare minimum we can do. 🇬🇧

Married man who ‘appeared to be enjoying’ raping and beating sex worker is jailed for 7½ years. Adam Ezalden, 30, an Amazon warehouse worker from Swansea, approached a woman working on High Street, took her to a dark isolated lane and agreed a price. When she asked him to stop because it was painful, he threw her around, punched her repeatedly in the face and body, then got on top of her and raped her while she screamed and begged him to stop. The judge told Swansea Crown Court Ezalden “appeared to be enjoying the experience.” He was convicted of rape and assault occasioning actual bodily harm. Sickening.

@LarryJones Twice. I was pretty bad for 11 days with the first bout in March of 2020 here in UK. But I do have health issues. 2nd time 18 months later was a total breeze, mild flu IMO. My then GF who was 💉 had it 5 times, all really bloody bad!! Wonder why? 🙄
