My amendment would have also cut 50% of NSF funding, ended refugee welfare cash handouts, and reduced the Department of Education by 16%, returning authority to the states. Instead, 27 Republicans sided with Democrats to keep the spending flowing. It's a shame.

Girls are reportedly terrified to go to the bathroom and are holding themselves in to avoid males in their private space. Students are begging the administration for help, and they’re being ignored.
