@TMobile my favorite thing is websites that won't let me touch anything on the page because they have to try to load their Super Enhanced Groovy javascript overlay which sadly is fucked and broken

@IGGsoftware something that would be useful would be to allow users to create a profile for interactions with support, rather than always having to go look up details that don't change from incident to incident

@TMobile how do i log out of your stupid website? the "logout" link is not really a link, it's some Javascript crap. what is the actual URL to log out?

@mantisbt The stable release on SourceForge came up as 2.22 but I don't see any announcements about that version, is it actually out and preferable to 2.21.2?
