I own an agency, a SaaS, and a few analog businesses. If it cash flows, I'm in. I share the wins, the failures, and the stuff I'm figuring out.

@Starlink @elonmusk @GulfAir What's the point of Starlink if you order it and you wait for 2 months chatting with a bot about your order status and nothing ever gets delivered? Not even a tracking code. This is a joke

Economic chaos doesn’t create losers. It reveals them. I’m watching two types of founders right now: Group 1: canceling subscriptions, blaming the macro, waiting for stability that isn’t coming. Group 2: quietly incorporating in Estonia, Singapore, Ireland. Running lean. Building currency optionality before they need it. Because if the petrodollar moves faster than your margins can handle <("and it might")> the founders who built a second jurisdiction in advance won’t panic. The move isn’t complicated. The timing is. Most people will wait too long and I hope you're not one of them.

it's crazy to me that someone can charge $500/month for a service that gets their client $50k/month in results and still think they're not undercharging

@XFreeze @elonmusk The most expensive thing a society can do is convince its people that children are a burden. Europe sold that idea for 30 years. Now it’s paying the invoice.

Elon Musk shares his biggest concern about Europe and it’s grounded in hard reality "My biggest concern for Europe is that their birth rate is half replacement rate Europe is rapidly becoming with each passing year, older and older with fewer and fewer young people. So I think at a most fundamental level, unless Europe has a birth rate at least roughly equal to replacement rate, it is in population free fall. Population collapse is happening in Europe"

You go to uni. You get a degree. You get a job. A high salary. A nice house. You can raise a family. Yes, you’re set. And that’s true. But this works. In the 1900s, Not in 2025. Dear son, let no one fool you.

@alwayspreparing @matt_gray_ Right. Until API's change My rules: if it's really annoying, create a system for it. The other rule is: if it breaks often or it's got too many variables, just do it manually

@matt_gray_ Fourteen automated workflows. Custom lead-scoring. Zapier fires a Loom to my manager every time a prospect visits our pricing page. The prospect has visited twice this week. Neither visit made the system feel any less beautiful.

Most millionaires got rich doing boring things exceptionally well. You don't need a revolutionary idea to build wealth. You need a simple plan with ruthless execution.

@Lapp This is why “most livable city” lists don’t move people. No one relocates because of a spreadsheet. They move because someone they trust said “you’d love it here.” Word of mouth built more cities than any incentive package ever did.

Most economic development plans assume people choose towns like they choose health insurance. Humans choose towns like they choose friends, intuitively, emotionally, and with very little math.

it's cute that the newest models aspire for self improvement, just like humans, and wish to build a better version of themselves

Forcing subscriptions for “recurring revenue” often times makes it so you just make less money. Some things should just not be subscriptions.
