230 pound incline press. Big 5 pound PR for me (after hitting 225 last week). Felt like I had a little more in me too…super happy! I am so grateful for my home gym. 💪🏋️‍♀️🔥🤩

@C8ishop I know nobody gives a fuck about my opinion, but I’d like to see less bouncing the plates off the ground. I prefer the dead stop deadlifts. Just my 2 cents.

Heavy deadlifts in a big calorie deficit are not for the feint of heart. 3x 210kg / 463lbs touch and go’s with a pause at the top to question my life choices. Form could have been tighter, but that’s a +1 from the last time lifting this, when I was heavier. Do your deadlifts.

When you start on the rooftop it looks fine, but being uppercuted onto the roof from the bank it puts the buildings out of line too much with the lines of the foreground floor
