@shibametax It was basically like this until Cold War. Second to that, after BO2 they kept changing the reload animation and making it worse. Miserable, really.

@horriblemercy @Treyarch @CallofDutyCM They tried this in Cold War, it was called Onslaught. It was a console exclusive mode for the whole year and people didn’t enjoy it enough at the time to justify them doing it again. Which, with all the eldritch/zombie-esque maps and themes we saw since then, that’s kinda wack.

Treyarch’s easiest win: Multiplayer Maps in Zombies Survival. I’m not sure why this hasn’t been a topic in the community, but there are over 40 maps in MP that could have perks, PaP, and Mystery Boxes added, as well as random enemies. This would make BO7 infinitely replayable.

That’s absolutely true, but I will always remember EoF as the expansion that brought: - The best Destiny narrative - An incredible raid with a historic contest mode - A brilliant soundtrack - Lodi, one of my favorite characters - A buildcrafting system I thoroughly enjoyed

Went to Kepler for Footage and got to witness first hand why it’s the worst destination in the series - No Strikes - No Lost Sectors - No Patrols, Public Events, Destination Rep, or Pathfinder - No other players - It’s ugly to just even look at - The Destination activity is only playable for 30 min every 2 hours and drops only Tier 3 loot - It has 9 currencies for only 6 weapons - You have to redo some puzzles every time you want to patrol certain areas - Outside of the title, the reward from puzzles is capped at tier 2 loot - And getting Tier 5s here is harder than every other aspect of the game Mercury may be a donut, but at least it had basic destination features and wasn’t awful to look at

Thank you to everyone who overcame our in-game challenges over the years. What started as "Jacket Quest" back in the day grew a lot. It's always fun seeing group photos of Guardians with their favorite Bungie Rewards, or bumping in to players wearing things like the Thunderlord T-shirt out in the wild. A few have been restocked today. Already seeing many selling out. If you missed your previous opportunity to grab one due to timing or other, here's another chance.

Warning: Negative opinion incoming I'll be the first to say it, this is a massive L. This automatically just made BO7 an absolute cake walk. We already have 13 perks. We do NOT need more. Let alone the most OP perk thats ever dropped. This perk is the sole reason thousands of players to reach 100+ on BO3. It made BO3 way too easy. Imagine what it'll do for BO7. Even for casual play, it still makes the game way too easy. Now players should basically never even go down in BO7 once this is out with this combined with all other meta augments. I don't have bad things to say about BO7, I've pretty much loved all of Treyarch's ideas for the game. But unless perk is gonna make little to no difference in the game, I will not be a fan of it at all.

@ItsNotSoar I’m assuming this means Strand’s quicker? More concerned if it’s any easier on controller lol, I’ve never built up the muscle memory for this in all the years and I’d love to try before I retire the game

@THREEPEDWOOD Yeah. That shit was a part of my loadout for damn near two years. They replaced pinnacle loot with pinnacle power at that point lol, god rolls for PvE have never been the same since.

@jitsosilent I think you underestimate all of the strong options being a “launch song” gives you lol Like, we’re talking 115, Carrion, Alone, fuckin’ Mad Hatter and Shockwave… Half tempted to pick those last three over Turn to Ashes, and I don’t necessarily mind that song either lol

@VonListVanguard I think you underestimate how fun it was to play Survival and Nuketown Zombies at the time. Also, let’s be real - BO2 was heat in more areas than Zombies anyway

It's crazy to think that for like 5 months, all BO2 zombies had to play was Tranzit (+survival maps), Nuketown zombies, and Die Rise. Like Jesus, we were in the trenches until Mob of the Dead came out.
