@SouthwestAir Should they choose? No, YOU need to put in the work to find that family and make it right with them because you had 100+ other passengers watching this all go down. This is WRONG. Being passive about it shows me @SouthwestAir doesn’t care and it will happen again. DO BETTER.

I’ve taken a break from social media this year, but I’m breaking it because I’m a firm believer in standing up for what’s right and those who need others to speak up for them. The treatment of a special needs passenger on my @SouthwestAir flight is APPALLING. (1/16)

That flight crew could have made that boy 10x happier had they greeted him with the same enthusiasm they do a normal child who loves planes. Instead, they were treated horribly and @SouthwestAir joins their list of people who treated their son as less than human. Wow. (16/16)

Traveling is stressful. Traveling with children is stressful. Traveling with a special needs child is STRESSFUL. Why make someone’s life harder when it doesn’t need to be?! He was so excited. It was cute to see him smile so big and clap when he saw a @SouthwestAir plane. (15/16)

@silver62281 @IceBoxDreams52 @steadyadamz @1capplegate Military personnel are forced to get every jab - it’s been that way for decades. We were stationed overseas and we had to get vaccines. That’s the way it works. When you’re in the military you basically belong to the gov’t and you’re well aware of that when you sign up.
