Well, well, well well Kenyens, let’s face it. This matter of Raila’s will to be buried in 72 hours is suspect..There are emerging questions:- 1.Who was the executor of this will? 2.When was the will written? 3.Who were the mandatory witnesses who witnessed Raila execute the will? 4.Was the will one sided that is to say, the alleged will only provided on how and when Raila was to be buried? 5. How did Ruto get to know that Raila had left a will? 6.Which Advocate drafted this will and at what time did he disclose to Ruto that Raila had left will? 7. Didn’t they will provide on how Raila’s estate was to be distributed? 8. How comes that William Ruto was the first to learn about the will even before the family could learn of it?

Education CS Julius Ogamba has affirmed that certificates issued by the Kenya Institute of Management (KIM) between 2018 and its legally operational period remain valid. Speaking in Parliament, Ogamba noted that while the government is focused on ensuring future compliance, a comprehensive statement will be issued within two days to guarantee that no qualified individuals are disadvantaged. Ogamba: With respect to KIM itself and the certificates that the students got from 2018 and the period within which it was operating under legal order, those certificates are valid. The appeal that we'll be dealing with is an appeal with respect to compliance going forward.
