I wish I had this man’s insane level of job security at my company. Bears have won 15 games in 3 years, but he gets an extension before we see any sign of success.
(I say this with some sarcasm because I understand it’s better to align him with Johnson, but it’s still funny.)

ESPN sources: the Bears and general manager Ryan Poles have reached agreement on a contract extension that ties him to Chicago for the next five years, through the 2029 season. Poles had two years remaining on his old deal, but now the Bears have him and new head coach Ben Johnson both under contract for a matching five seasons.

Throwing WRs hospital balls is NEVER OKAY.
Hate to see what happened to Chris Olave and we as QBs have to stop doing it.
It has become even more of a thing in the NFL because DBs can’t hit WRs the way they could 10 years ago.
Rules changes have led to worse QB play and decision making.
Every person that has ever played the position has thrown a hospital ball before and know the feeling of guilt when it happens.
The issue now is that QBs don’t have any remorse about it and it’s impacting guys careers and long term help.
We gotta be better QBs. Take care of your pass catchers. Not just for them, but for the game and their families.
