Why should we pay for baggage on a cancelled flight,what service are we getting?We can hardly afford to just hand u money for nothing.

@TheRealSeaShell @flynndean @Smarter_AM Honestly, anyone dealing with this company needs to get in touch with their payment provider ASAP. Don’t delay. Similarly warranty returns, etc - go straight to your payment provider. Refer to and use TrustPilot, and get help from Citizens Advice/Trading Standards.

@TheRealSeaShell @Smarter_AM It's farcical. The website has a historical date as the ETA for delivery and its radio silence from the entire team. I Tweeted about being suspicious around their financial position/viability. At this point...I have to presume they've gone bust! 🤷🏻‍♂️
