Should Athletes Play Multiple Sports? I was catching up with a top recruit yesterday heading into her freshman year of college. She noted that she loved playing tennis and that playing in the fall was a huge positive as a mental break from lacrosse. I think rightfully so, the physical break is obviously talked about. But the mental break is harder to measure, yet just as if not more important!
