Alberta’s youth unemployment rate is too high. With a steep increase of temporary workers in recent years, young Albertans are too often being overlooked for entry-level jobs. I was grateful to meet a few of these hardworking young Albertans at Home Hardware in Cardston recently. In response, Alberta's UCP government launched the Alberta Youth Employment Incentive to help youth enter the workforce. I tell you, I stopped watching news, TV, movies online content over 20 years ago. Last ~5 years I have had as part of internet service, smart TV's etc. free cable that I still never use. Every now and them I accidently select wrong menu and what I see still repulses me. Many years ago a lot of us were addicted to the 'boob tube', I was one of them. To this day the fact I have had nothing to do with especially post 80's media corruption (unfortunately I experienced the leftist garbage of the 70's) is something I am grateful for and have never missed.
