We have video of the convicted criminal swinging a sledgehammer into the back of Sargeant Evans. Sergeant Evans has an X-ray confirming a fracture to her lumbar (lower) spine. Prosecutors presented this medical report in court.
The criminal in question was subsequently convicted and jailed for it.
But none of this happened apparently.
