@Envy_CAD3N Dude! Countless times I've been 100% sure im getting a heart attack. Even tho I have worked years in the ER of a big hospital and know how extremely unlikely it is for anyone under 30 to have any heart related issues. Its crazy how real the fear becomes.

@Envy_CAD3N Id really recommend powering thru them without meds if possible. With the help of cognitive behavioural therapy. I had a period of a few months with several attacks a week. Since then I've had maybe 3-4 attacks in around 7 years. Never took a single pill.

@BJK_LuX Okey. So lets put the checkin of the packets on delay and focus only on the gathering while ur live. Then Elon Musk can task his servers to check the packets after the games are done

@TheRobbinAK im no IT mastermind, but i think having something check every single packet of all players on the server would require alot of hardware behind it.

HYPOTHETICAL I want to rephrase my previous question. Can any IT minded person explain what would be needed if you wanted a beastly anticheat for competitive purposes that would COMPLETELY disregard the current IT rules and normal ethical complications of monitoring software

@Shadowkittenx @oddOasdd Haha! I dont mean to detect anomalous things that happens ingame tho. I mean like the actual bits of information, the broken down signals being transmitted from your device. Like matrix style reading the flow of packets sent and when the flow disrupted you investigate.

Can someone with an IT oriented mind please explain to me what the fucking problem is with anticheats. Why is it still a problem after like 20 years of competitive video gaming? Why cant we have one that monitors every fucking single packet/byte sent/recieved while playing?

@kTB4DSEED @woo1y What do you mean? Devs would leave becouse its unethical? Becouse its not really that if the player is asking for it himself, right?

@Shadowkittenx @oddOasdd Yeah, we'll never reach 100% detection. But if you turn the whole detection physics around and make a program that detects any signal not natural when you play a specific game. Shouldnt that be possible, theoretically?

@TheRobbinAK @oddOasdd Which could easily be solve with real-time monitoring from humans. But that brings in the factor of human vulnerability, we aren't perfect. We definitely make mistakes so maybe something would slip by right in front of their eyes. Making the detection rate below 100%

@Shadowkittenx @oddOasdd I think that makes sense when you reach a certain level of competition in esports. Included in this ban wave there's people who have profited well above $50.000 from esport this year alone.

@TheRobbinAK @oddOasdd In this type of thinking, we have to assume that eSports would be played on a dedicate machine for the individual game itself. Also, we have to throw resource cost out the window because the company would definitely have the money for development.

@oddOasdd @Shadowkittenx Thats what I want tho. A program SO intrusive that ppl wouldnt dare to even login to their social media on the same PC they use for gaming. Obv this would only be used when you reach the level of competition online that having a dedicated PC for esport worth 5k+ wont be a problem

@TheRobbinAK @Shadowkittenx Well that's exactly the problem it would be an NSA type program monitoring your PC, which I would assume would cost way to much to develop on its own. Also having a program like that installed could be a huge problem, what do you do if it has any security flaws etc.
