@kadalcippi SOS!! Good Morning! This is fake account from which I'm writing, I'm under immense occultist attack to the extent that the attacking party can even flip the physiological symptoms between me and my 15 year old daughter. Previously between me and my mom..1/2

As per Delhi govt orders, police today seized overage bikes and handed them over to registered scrappers, who will scrap them and pay the scrap value. And just like that, the bike is gone. It could have been the family's only vehicle, the daily commute to work, essential for a job that required personal conveyance, or even the child’s ride to school. But now it’s gone, and the owner is forced to urgently arrange funds, buy a new bike, pay tax on it to the very system that took away the first one, or simply cope. Third-world country, third-world infrastructure, first-world emission norms, seventh-world enforcement, and eleventh-world knee-jerk reactions.

"Wrt pollution in Delhi, SC & pollution control bodies, incl CAQM, consistently stated End-of-Life Vehicles should be phased out & not be given petrol"- CM Rekha Gupta So if SC tells you to jump in a well, will you? Shouldn't Govt have own brain? RIDICULOUS DECISION! 1. If pollution is the concern, 1st cancel licenses of all PUC centers that issue PUC certificates without even checking the vehicle. 2. What about those vehicles which are well maintained even after 10 or 15 yrs of life. I can personally show so many examples where old cars are more well-maintained than new cars. 3. Is the rule applicable to Govt Vehicles incl State Transport Vehicles? If not, why? 4. What about Scrapping Policy? Is it in place? 5. A middle-class family whose dream was to own a car & who has maintained it well, how can it afford a new car? Is Delhi Govt going to provide a subsidy in interest on new car loans? This decision is nothing else but a joke in itself. Instead of passing such a blatant rule, it would have been better if the Delhi Govt would have focused on the strict implementation of Pollution-Control standards with more scrutiny & inspections. Tell people to compulsorily get old cars to testing centers, check the quality of engine, other safety measures and then either pass or reject the vehicle, provided strict supervision is monitored to avoid New Avenue of Innovative Corruption. But overall, this is a bad bad rule. Totally illogical and....pls don't blame SC. It anyways has a habit of poking its nose into everything which it doesn't understand, but Govt must know that SC Can't Interfere in Administrative Policy Decisions. Would be great if this decision is revisited!
