Hey @CredibleCrypto, I recall watching a video from Pretcher where he discusses W5 stocks vs. commodities and that W5 in commodities is often the strongest due to people buying commodities out of fear of macro developments. With S&P already topped, could this support that $BTC being considered by many a commodity is in fact shaping up for an even stronger wave than most are anticipating?

The SEC is getting battered in the court. In our case it's been proven wrong, been called hypocritical, lacking faithful allegiance to the law, fined for discovery abuses and now another distinguished court saying it’s "arbitrary and capricious" - that’s a really big deal.

Want to know why the argument that XRP is a security resonated with people outside of the XRP community and crypto space as a whole? Because they can see how many of you behave and talk about XRP and Ripple. "XRP isn't a security, it's a utility token!" "What do you use it for?" "Ripple built some great ODL and settlement tech that can use XRP once the banks get on board!" "So you are just waiting for Ripple to make it useable?" "Of course not, I can use it for stuff too!" "Like what?" "I can buy NFTs!" "Do you buy NFTs?" "Not really. I have diamond hands and don't want to spend my XRP." "Anything else?" "Well @JoelKatz said they are going to add an AMM so that people can provide liquidity!" "Ok, are you going to do that then?" "No, cause I don't want to incur impermanent loss during the 100x moonshot when everyone finally realizes that XRP is the standard..." "And when does that happen?" "When all these banks working with Ripple finally decide to use XRP for ODL!" "So...we are back to you just holding it and waiting for Ripple to do something so that the institutional money will come raining in, pumping your speculative investment and making everybody rich while you avoid actually utilizing the token in the meantime for fear that you might make less if you don't react fast enough to the overnight 100x moonshot?" Does no one else see how self-defeating this is? XRP, along with many other crypto assets, is not a security, but I'll be damned if 90%+ of you don't treat it like one. And, why would anyone want to start using new financial and monetary infrastructure if the people already involved are afraid to use it? Here's a thought. Over the next few months, buy $100 of XRP and set it aside. Then, set aside another $100 in USD. When the AMM launches, provide that $200 of liquidity and sit and watch it for the next 5 years. Maybe you make some, maybe you lose some, but you will definitely learn something. I'll let you do the math on what it looks like if every XRP holder does that. Sorry, rant over.

This site is interesting. It measures the amount of times tokens are referenced and spoken about on social media, and you can add time and market cap filters. Have not looked too much into the method but from a cursory glance it has crypto twitter down pretty accurately. banterbubbles.com

In September 22' I posted the yellow chart projecting a multi-year standard bull flag, I mean I could be wrong but I came pretty close to nailing even the massive drop yesterday nearly a year later. The decline in Bitcoin $BTC is once again retesting the neckline on the underlying inverted H&S. A close below 24,800 (the low of the previous retest) would do damage to the daily and weekly graphs. But hey, what do I know? I am only a boomer who does charting.

Only 1% of all US homes have changed hands his year.   The lowest in a decade.   No one can afford to move from their 2%, 3%, 4% mortgages.

For anyone curious, the arb today was between the XRPUSD and XRPUSDT contracts on Bybit. A 45% discount occurred that closed after 10-20 minutes. Most likely, algo market makers ran out of spot XRP needed for the coin margined contract amidst the large liquidations that occurred
