Some creators REALLY don't understand how valuable a good editor is. For every good, reliable editor, there are HUNDREDS of either unreliable but talented, or not very good but somewhat reliable editors. If you find a good one, treat them well and let them cook. On the flip side, fellow editors: stand up for yourselves. If you're being underpaid, SAY NO. Creators can either pay you for your time, or you can find other clients. There's endless opportunity in the content scene, don't let yourself get taken advantage of.
