I think there's a lot going on behind the scenes. Hyperion borrowed a few days ago on the first private pool. I don't think they would have done this if HyperLend wasn't legit or underdelivering. But I do agree with you, some more communication for us mortals would be very much appreciated. I'm still keeping my airdrop. It was a four figure one, kinda small, but the platform is still working and I use it daily.

i am so tired of major projects launching tokens without having ANY utility ready. @hyperlendx had a year of a points program farming its users, and when it finally launches the token, they don't have utility ready. And this is protocol apparently merits being named by Jeff. I loooove Jeff, but feels like he's out of touch on that one. 2 months ago they said $HPL would have staking-based borrowing discounts. But that's not implemented. After a year. And it's not like they're busy delivering other stuff - they've barely delivered anything over the past 6 months (and that includes communication, which they haven't been delivering either). To be clear, I sold all my HPL, but I am just annoyed at the low level of delivery of these so-called major protocols. This isn't just about Hyperlend; they're just the most recent example. The standards in DeFi are so fucking low. Absolute incompetence. And then they'll complain that token price is down. No shit it's down - People don't trust the team to deliver.
