@fringedotcom They say nothing about the supposed meeting. Zero information on what they were supposedly told. If they had a meeting then they are gatekeeping any information they were told.

Like I said, have a good day. That means since you don't get it that this worth any more time. Your arguments are disingenuous and not well reasoned. The goal should always be zero. That is the standard to apply. You don't fix problems by saying X fraud is acceptable. The goal is zero. You strive for that goal. The DNI has authority on election reviews. Federal elections data is federal. If a State process, lack of process, lack of accountability impacts the Federal election process it is a Federal issue. A State does not get to commit or enable fraud and say it there right to not be reviewed. Like I said, have a good day. You get as many posts as you like for the last word. Have at it.

@TheVIPNFT @ReichlinMelnick That’s an impossible goal. Every allegation of election fraud has been investigated. Every. One. Audits are being fought because the Constitution gives states the responsibility to run their elections. It’s a States’ Rights issue.

That is the goal. For there to be none. The goal is to have none. In something like voting that is a very important goal. Every fraudulent vote cancels out a legitimate vote. Elections can be won by narrow margins, the margin of fraud matters. Every dollar stolen through fraud is a dollar more the taxpayer pays, the national debt increases and services are unavailable for its original purpose. Further, there are laws but the laws have not been adequately enforced. Attempts to audit data on numerous fronts are being fought. Well it was, something, have a good day.

2023 overstay visa act, up to 6 months in jail. Repeat offense up to 2 years. Civil fines increased. It is a violation of the law. Violating the law does not make for a good candidate to become a citizen. It sounds like you are trying to make a case that violating the law of land is acceptable. More and more are in fact being uncovered. One is too many. Again, they are not undocumented they are illegal aliens. That is according to the law. You don't seem to care about the laws being broken. The U.S. is not a free for all. There is factually medi patient fraud. Also, factually providers that are committing fraud are not all citizens. You will probably make some facetious argument that it is a company not a person or equally disingenuous argument now.

@TheVIPNFT @ReichlinMelnick Overstaying a visa isn’t a crime. It’s a civil violation. More aren’t being uncovered every day. You’re just fear mongering. All UI who have voted illegally have been prosecuted. Like I said, 90% of Medicaid/Medicare fraud is by providers and not patients. Ask Rick Scott.

They are not undocumented immigrants. The correct legal definition is illegal alien. They committed a crime by becoming an illegal alien. They illegally infiltrated a sovereign nations border. Which country's border would you say it is ok to infiltrate and there be no consequences? One case of an illegal alien voting is one too many. More are being uncovered everyday. Part of the reason more haven't been found is that it hasn't been looked at or prosecuted. That is starting to change. States are fighting to not have the data evaluated. The voter rolls are being hidden. The audits that have happened have found hundreds of thousands of dead people on the rolls and tens of thousands without citizenship records to match. It's not all illegal alien, it is fraud in general. The country is being looted from within. Speaking of fraud I suppose you will say there has not been billions in fraud in various social welfare and programs uncovered. Certainly any illegal aliens, those on TPS, 'legal' immigrants or H1-B have not taken part right? You will again say there isn't much so it's ok. Then when shown the problem is billions per year there will be another excuse. Same tired arguments. There is a problem and it all needs to be aggressively corrected. Even if it was small problem, it is still a problem. Why fight remedying a problem?

@TheVIPNFT @ReichlinMelnick The data doesn’t support what you’re saying. There’s only been 100 cases of undocumented immigrants (UI) voting. Initiatives to allow UI to vote in local elections isn’t technically illegal. If they are illegal, the courts will say so. Eyes and ears are notoriously unreliable.

Those that don't contribute are not needed. Those say Indian through H1-B visa that are in fact taking jobs from Americans is an issue and fraud. You are disingenuous if you don't acknowledge the problem. There are problems with China and theft of work product. Philippines seems to integrate and be productive.

I think I know what it is, some of these nativists are just envious. This country is literally built by immigrants, that’s history and the present. About Indian immigrants ~$150K+ median household income vs ~$75K U.S. average. Over 75% college educated. ~1% of the population but ~6% of Silicon Valley. No need for the jealousy, it’s a big cake, and there’s more than enough if you’re willing to earn your slice.
The Constitutionalist 🇺🇸@WeWillBeFree24

Weird Trump forgot to mention India in this post of contributions per immigrant. It's -27,000 per India immigrant. Same IZA Study 2024

It is illegal to murder. Murder still happens along with everything else that is illegal. The it is illegal so it doesn't happen argument is dead on arrival. States that give benefits also receive federal money and the money is co-mingled. Next you could say illegals don't vote in elections then I will show that they do and show initiatives underway to allow illegals to vote in local elections and show the census was used to count illegals which in turn impacts representation. Then you will say it almost never happens so it isn't a problem and illegals don't have any negative impacts on the country. On and on ad nauseam. You can't hide what the eyes and ears have already seen and heard.

@TheVIPNFT @ReichlinMelnick It’s literally not happening. Now, states can give undocumented immigrants benefits but they are not receiving federal benefits. It’s also illegal for states to use any federal funds to give undocumented immigrants benefits.

🚨HERE’S THE GAME PLAN🚨 Senate Majority Leader Thune REFUSES to pass the SAVE America Act. It’s been 124 days. 👉Thune wants nothing more than to protect Senator Cornyn👈 & his slush fund — the Senate Leadership Fund — has spent millions on Cornyn’s election. The Senate isn’t in the business of passing legislation or electing conservatives — it only exists to protect itself. So, if you want to hold Thune accountable, the single most important thing you can do is help elect KEN PAXTON on Tuesday, May 26th. 👉Electing Ken Paxton & DEFEATING Cornyn would be the peaceful shot heard across the nation👈 One by one, with meticulous precision, we will repeal & replace Thune’s allies. 🗓️ Saturday, May 16th — DEFEAT Senator Cassidy 🗓️ Tuesday, May 26th — DEFEAT Senator Cornyn (Texas Early Voting: May 18 - May 22) In addition to defeating Thune’s allies, I’m asking you to DEFUND every Republican entity that is working against us. Do not donate a dime to the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) or the Senate Leadership Fund (SLF). Your $ will just be wasted on Cassidy & Cornyn. Also, you can get a REFUND from WinRed for any Republican you donated to that is no longer serving your interests: ▪️Senator Thune ▪️Senator Cornyn ▪️Senator Cassidy You should also know that Senator Hagerty (R-TN) endorsed Cornyn. Texas Congressmen that endorsed Cornyn: ▪️Nathaniel Moran ▪️Randy Weber ▪️Roger Williams ▪️Jake Ellzey ▪️Craig Goldman ▪️Michael McCaul ▪️Pete Sessions If Senator Thune won’t deliver what 84% of Americans want, then we will take away what they have — peacefully. ⬇️

I am horrified and angered by the swastikas painted on homes and synagogues in Queens, including on a plaque honoring survivors of Kristallnacht. This is not just vandalism — it is a deliberate act of antisemitic hatred meant to instill fear.

There is no place for antisemitism in Queens or anywhere in our city. I stand in solidarity with our Jewish neighbors. Their safety, dignity, and belonging are non-negotiable.

The NYPD Hate Crimes Task Force is investigating and I am confident those responsible will be held accountable.

This is exactly what we warned about. The Voting Rights Act gets weakened, and now the Justice Department moves to dismantle the districts that represent minority communities. For decades, the federal government helped protect representation. Now they attack it. Too many people fought too hard for a voice to have it stripped away like this. bit.ly/3QMxLbb

I think a vast majority of the responses to @SpeakSamuel show a lot. They show how much hatred people have for someone doing things the right way. They show a complete lack of understanding of our immigration law (especially AC21 and backlogs). And worst, they show a lack of human empathy for someone who is struggling predominately because of flaws of the Administrative State.
Sam Peak@SpeakSamuel

This H-1B worker has lived in the US for nearly 20 years and built a family here. His mom was dying in India. To visit her, he would need to wait months to book a consular appointment--with the soonest one available likely being scheduled one year out. He made the difficult choice of not visiting his dying mom because leaving without an appointment would mean separation from his children, job, and his other obligations. Much of the commentary around immigration focuses on how such bureaucratic burdens undermine immigrants’ ability to contribute and innovate. But we must remember that this red tape also prevents these people from being fully engaged with their own lives and meaningfully present in the lives of others. This matters too, and these seemingly non-economic problems will eventually translate into economic costs. If America is no longer a place where people feel empowered to be the best versions of themselves as they celebrate, struggle, and grieve, it ceases not just being the land of opportunity, but also the land of dignity and purpose. linkedin.com/posts/gautam-d…
