@MartinSLewis How long do I have to store wrongly delivered items (3 doors instead of 1) and can a company withhold refund of non-delivered goods ordered Nov if I don’t store wrongly delivered items til Jan? They keep failing to deliver/collect items. So far refunded half amount.

@adamfare1996 here’s one that bugs me. The DWP stops your benefits when you go into hospital overnight. I’m about to go in for 4-6 weeks. I’ll still have household bills to pay, can’t just stop paying council tax, rent/mortgage, leases of equipment, water rates etc. It’s cruel.

I once did an internship at a governmental institution and they said they cant print when "Susan" isnt at work. Turned out over the years her Dell was the printserver for the entire department and everyone just accepted that they cant print if Susan isn't at the office.

@Shrink_at_Large Brother in law given advice and told to self-refer for talking therapy support for anxiety. He had thyroid cancer. (Since had a thyroidectomy and is doing well).

This is a huge problem with these mental health A&Es. Depression can look like physical illness, but also the reverse—people told it’s anxiety when it’s really a heart attack, thyroid crisis, or sepsis. Ditto anxiety. Ditto cyclicity.
