Is the outrage over Spygate understandable? An act of crass stupidity, I’ll grant you. But this is less Philby and Burgess and more Laurel and Hardy. Some hapless intern is sent to film from 400M on his smart phone the Middlesbrough team kicking footballs. What searing insights would the Southampton side have got? ‘Ok boss they’re kicking the ball with both their left and right feet. Sometimes they’re heading it.’ It’s all so silly. Southampton look like a right bunch of Charlies. But in the pantheon of great sporting scandals, this is pimple sized

The outrage about Spygate is understandable. If proven, it’s cheating. It’s seeking to gain a sporting advantage over an opponent. Let’s hope this ire is also now focused on other varieties of cheating in football, namely the amount of deceit that can stain games... 1/2

Reform have had a fantastic night.
The Tories have proven they’re not dead, and unlike in 1997 maintain considerable presence in Scotland and Wales.
The Lib Dems have dug in like Japanese knotweed.
The Greens have done respectably but I feel like they didn’t live up to the hype.
Labour…. the less said the better.

@timetoshine1234 @GerryC_77 @lewis_goodall Its from last friday... I just dont really know what you want from him.

@TheWolfOfIndex @GerryC_77 @lewis_goodall AFTER the election.
They wrote this AFTER the electorate went to the polling station.
Obviously.
English

@lewis_goodall Funny, isn’t it….when you, all of the MSM and 90% of journalists refuse to hold him to account and question his dodgy dealings….the main electorate don’t know what he’s been up to
But Starmer gets a free pair of specs and you don’t shut up about it for months
Be better, Lewis

I filled my car up last summer for $30. This week, I filled the same car up for $68.
Yes, moving from Indianapolis to L.A. had something to do with that.

@IsenbergHenry @Nate_Tice @BirdmanRainH2o fair i mean drafting and developing one (that wasn't previously the no.1 pick). Ahh leave me alone I'm English!
English

@TheWolfOfIndex @Nate_Tice How is there zero evidence of him developing a QB? Does Goff not exist?
English

I know this is the classic line about valuing the QB position, but the (few) cases where the 1st round succession plan succeeded, it was all with QBs with high-end tools.
Patrick Mahomes, Carson Palmer, Daunte Culpepper, Aaron Rodgers, and Jordan Love are the ones I can think of. All QBs with top shelf stuff to develop.

@TheWolfOfIndex This is super flex and you need a 3rd QB?
If so this would be a yes for me
If it’s not super flex this is an easy pass

My 2026 final mock draft is now up.
Have at it.
Let's go!

@NateAtkins_ See OT and never guard... surely mclendon extend for cheap then you just pay for one of avila/dotson
English

I get that. Not my favorite idea for the Rams at No. 13 either.
But I think there’s a reality about the OL that will play out somewhere in this draft. It’s hard to envision paying McClendon, Dotson, Avila and Coleman next year with Puka, Young and Turner needing new deals, too.
Cesar 🥱@CesarsBurner
@NateAtkins_ I see an OT mocked to the Rams, I stop reading. Pray this doesn’t happen.
