The narcissistic dynamic has a code. Once you can read it, it cannot run the same way again. #narcissist #healing #narcissisticabuse

True. The “you’re crazy” reframe is the last weapon. It is also the most visible to anyone paying attention. The INFJ does not see more than others. The INFJ refuses to look away. The reframe only works on people who needed an excuse to dismiss you. It just gave them the language they were already looking for.

Without the ability to manipulate, or the INFJ’s retaliation, all they can do is try make you seem like you’re crazy for calling out what they are actually doing, which is crazy. And like, everyone already knows what they are actually doing. Shouldn’t take an INFJ to pick that up.

The INFJ post narcissistic abuse is one of the most dangerous personality types in the world. Not because they are vengeful. Because they finally learned what they were missing. The combination of empathy plus discernment plus pattern recognition is unmanipulatable.

INFJs heal by understanding. They cannot move on until they have fully processed every dynamic that occurred. The understanding is the medicine. Anyone telling them to “just let it go” does not understand the wiring.

INFJs leave permanently because they only leave after exhausting every alternative internally. By the time the door closes, the conversation has been over for months. The narcissist is just learning what happened.

Watch for people who use intellectual language to soften your understanding of what was done to you. Complexity. Nuance. Different perspective. Each word is doing the work of getting you to question the truth you already know.

The most sophisticated apologists for narcissists do not defend the behavior. They reframe the behavior as necessity. “They have to extract.” “They cannot help themselves.” “They need the supply to survive.” Each phrase protects the narcissist while sounding compassionate. Recognize the pattern. Refuse the framing.

@LucidIntels @NarcissistBox True. When you cannot leave, become unreadable. Just remember that staying in the dynamic costs you exposure. It works for co-parenting and business where distance is impossible. For everyone else, the clean exit is healthier.

@The_Exit_Code @NarcissistBox The key is to understand their game Not let them realise you know their play And carefully craft your narrative in a reverse trajectory That really messes them up 😉🤫

The narcissist’s most consistent miscalculation is assuming you will keep playing the game. They cannot imagine you simply leaving the table. The leaving is the only move they did not script for.

@Ryan_Daigler Yes. I did. He got mad. I arrived late once. He does it constantly to me. Apparently the same behavior is only acceptable in one direction. The mirror confirmed everything.

Ryan Daigler - Exposing Narcissistic Abuse 🚩🚩
Have you ever tried mirroring a narcissist’s behaviors back at them to try to show them how inappropriate their behavior is only for them to completely miss the point of self-reflection and accuse you of being abusive for doing the exact same thing they did to you first?

The smear campaign unfortunately cannot be prevented. Narcissists do it whether you engage or not. What you can do is three things. 1) Tell your trusted people in advance what to expect. Frame it as a prediction. 2) Let your behavior over time speak louder than their words. Time is the most reliable witness. 3) Accept that some people will believe the smear no matter what you do. Those people were never going to be your real circle. The smear simply revealed them earlier.

@The_Exit_Code True, but then they just move on to poison other people around you, make them think badly of you or turn them against you. How to educate family and friends to prevent this or to stop this process?

Narcissists rely on the assumption that you will keep playing. The exit is the response they cannot recover from. Not because it hurts them. Because it makes them irrelevant. And irrelevance is the one thing their psyche cannot survive.

@Securewoman1 Exactly. The lack of engagement is the only response their entire strategy was not designed to handle. They prepared for your defense. Your explanation. Your anger. They never prepared for your absence. The absence is the move that ends them.

The narcissist mistook your engagement for your weakness. The moment you stopped engaging, they discovered the entire dynamic had been resting on your participation. Without you, the threats had nowhere to land.

Narcissists hunt INFJs because the INFJ produces what the narcissist cannot generate. The infrastructure of empathy. The genuine belief in transformation. The patience to wait through years of dysfunction. All of it is the supply.

Narcissists find empaths the way miners find gems. Not because the gem did anything wrong. Because the gem contained the value the miner needed to extract. The empath is the resource. The protection is the discernment. Build the protection.

The combination most targeted by narcissists is empathy plus idealism. The empathy gives access. The idealism creates the willingness to wait years for change that was never coming.

The narcissist's most expensive mistake is assuming everyone needs them more than they need everyone. The moment you prove otherwise, the entire architecture they built around you collapses. And they have no second strategy because they never imagined needing one.

They threatened you with consequences assuming you would never accept the consequences. The acceptance is the freedom. The acceptance is the exit. The acceptance is the end of their leverage forever.

Narcissists confuse leverage with control. They believe because they have leverage, they have you. They cannot conceive of the moment you decide the leverage no longer applies. That moment is the exit. That moment is the freedom.

@coachkandaka Kindness is not naivety. Calmness is not stupidity. Gentleness is not weakness. The people who mistake these traits are usually the ones who get cut off without warning.

Never play with the spiritual intelligence of others. Don’t mistake the kindness and love within one’s posture for weakness in their mind and spirit. You can only play in one’s face for so long before they respond by removing access and energy. Cut offs can be spiritual.

I was telling Sona that I don’t think people need to constantly list their qualities when they actually embody them... If someone is genuinely kind, intelligent, grounded, or whatever else… it usually shows on its own sooner or later. The people who truly pay attention tend to notice without being told, but if nobody does, don’t take it personally either. There are also people so distracted by their own inner chaos that they overlook almost everything right in front of them. The strongest qualities (the ones you actually live by) usually reveal themselves naturally in the way a person carries themselves, and the people who really observe almost always notice eventually 🤗🙇🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️
