Avoid @Lowes and @pros_group for your carpet installation. Just called me 30 minutes before they were supposed to install at my house to say they didn’t have enough carpet. Spent all day yesterday getting room ready! #customerservicefail

@Lowes It’s taken 16 days and now the carpet is out of stock. I hardly consider that being a best position to assist. Lowe’s has a lot to learn about customer service. Some of the poorest I have ever dealt with.
