$SMCI Cant deny the strength in this one after everyone called for the blow off top. Now getting tight right at the 10-day and building higher lows.

$SMCI outside-bearish-reversal on HVE is a canary. Maybe it’s a small blast radius for now, but sure seems to confirm some the frothy sentimental measures I see. Great 5-week swing for my strat. Lightened up last week and all trades tactical now. As in quick momo bursts only.

Still have not escaped the boom or bust tendencies in my trading. Basically following the market trajectory with more beta. Will be spending the weekend reviewing 2023 winners, bar-to-bar.

I didn't become a profitable trader until I understood the damage I could cause in a poor market. It took me 15 years and numerous boom/busts to understand the lesson. Look in the mirror and repeat the following: "I won't become a profitable trader until I understand the damage I can cause in a poor market."

I dunno about anyone else, but the uptrend that began Jan 2023 is the hardest one I have ever dealt with. I just seem to be out of sync with the flow of the market at all times. Just a bad mix of scar tissue from the bear and a narrow tape that I have over-traded.
