The people doing very low vitamin A will be prone to building up oxalates. Low bile flow and low choline causing poor fat digestion and undigested fat removing the calcium. This leads to more oxalate absorption. Low B6 (a known problem helped by betaine) stops glyoxalate to glycine so causes more endogenous production. High pyruvate (low B1 a cause) also causes more endogenous production (@MeredithWTS theory). Very low vitamin A diet has reduced many good calcium sources. Avoiding all milk, fish with bones and low nuts and seeds. Then you start eating eggs again and get reactions because you may be dumping oxalates again. Dont blame the eggs for improving bile flow.
